What is the cost to participate in Team2Gold?   A One Time Fee of $34.95.

What do I receive for the $34.95 Fee when I become a Pro Member?  You receive 10000 Banner Advertising Credits in our Team2Gold System and entry into your own 2x2 personally forced compensation matrix placed in the 2x2 matrix of your direct sponsor. 

I have upgraded but my account still shows as free, when will I be upgraded?  Payments received are verfied, batched, and posted within 24 - 72 hours manually.  If you are not upgraded within that time - please contact us by using the Contact Us link.  You must have your payment details entered into your personal profile for verification.

Once I cycle, how do I join the other program(s) listed?   You will login to your members area and join from your Sponsors link.  Once you have joined, edit your T2G link with your own for your referrals to follow you when they cycle.  Of course they may join before they cycle at T2G - that is their option.

How do I benefactor someone?   We do not have an automated benefactor system in place.  In order to make sure that the proper placement occurs under a specific sponsor we ask that you send the funds direct to that member and have them upgrade unde you (the sponsor) from their members area.  If you do not trust your new proposed referral - don't send them money.

Do you offer refunds?  Nope! You are purchasing Banner Advertising Credits with your upgrade to Pro Membership. If you decide not to use your Banner Advertising Credits, that’s your choice. You may resell your Banner Advertising Credits at any online auction if you wish.

I am not under the correct sponsor - how do I get moved under them?  When you signed up your sponsors ID was in clear view at the top of the join page.  We cannot move anyone once the account has been upgraded to PRO status.  Please be sure you are under the correct sponsor when you join.  The only option you have if you make a mistake is to rejoin and pay again.

What payment methods do you accept?  We currently accept E-gold and E-Bullion eCurrency. We are researching other payment methods and will announce such additions if and when they are finalized. You can fund your eGold accounts using http://www.londongoldexchange.com or ask your sponsor who they suggest.

When do you pay commissions? Commissions due by 12:00 Noon EST each day are paid daily Monday - Friday by 6:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time the same day except for Saturday and Sunday are paid on the next business day.  Please Note:  Each rentry is considered a new account and you are notified of that reentry by email when you cycle - please remember to edit that account so that your payment will not be missed.  If there are no payment details - the payment cannot be made.

Do I have to request my commissions to be paid?  No, paymets are automatic once you have cycled the funds will be sent direct to your Gold account number that you have listed in your Personal Information in your members area.

Are there any fees charged upon my withdrawal request?  No, we sell Banner Advertising Credits to help offsett any fees.  Banner Advertising Credits also help fund the Team2Gold Rotator Advertising System.

What is the minimum balance I must have before I receive a payment? As soon as you cycle to $100.00. We automatically pay daily Monday through Friday. You can view your balance at any time through your control panel in your members area.

Am I allowed to have multiple positions or matrices?  No, you are only allowed one account and that account can only have one matrix working at any given time.

Can I purchase additional Banner Advertising Credits? Yes. As a Free or Pro Member you can purchase additional Banner Advertising Credits but you will not receive a matrix position.

Can I join for free?  Yes, you can, but you will not be entered into a 2x2 matrix until you upgrade to Pro (a one time $34.95 fee).

Can Free Members Earn?  Yes, as a free member you will have software with Resell Rights in your members area.  You may resell at any online auction if you wish and keep 100% of the profits you earn from that sale.

Can I request my payment to be made in any e-currency?  No, we ask that you please request payment by the same gold merchant and account number you used to upgrade your membership with.

How long before I can start earning money?  You can start earning as soon as you sign up. You will receive all the link code you will need to refer customers and affiliates alike to us immediately.

Will you promote for me?  Yes, we also help to promote for you so that you can gain a Team of 2 that will follow you into other 2x programs that we will announce in the future.  A Team of 2 is all you will ever need to experience success.  This is NOT a "do nothing" opportunity.  Those who seek 2 members to be a part of their Team2Gold Team will experience the MOST success.  If you cannot promote - we help as much as possible but imply no guarantees that the team of 2 we provide for you will ever become active or PRO members.

How do I insert banner information?  You need to have the link you want members to click on as the URL and the link of the banner image you want displayed for members to click on.

Do I get an extra 10,000 Banner Advertising Credits when I cycle for rentry?  Yes, plus we sell additional Banner Advertising Credits to help support T2G.   When we have 15,000 Pro Members Banner Advertising Credits prices will increase as they will become more valuable for use with a primarily paid audience viewing them. Banners must be 468x60 stanadard size. Banners for T2G and any programs sponsored in your members area will not be approved.
